If you’re in sales, your job is to generate revenue. So, why do you spend so much time doing other stuff? Here’s a simple chart to help you decide if you’re time is well spent.
Live in quadrant 1 and 2. Spend as little time in quadrant 3 as possible. And, never be caught in quadrant 4.
